Background

I am a qualified counselling psychologist and have Chartered membership with the British Psychological Society and as such abide by their codes of practice and ethics.  I am also registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). 

I have two private practices based in the Cotswolds - The Royal Crescent Therapy Group in Cheltenham Gloucestershire, which I set up in 2018, and a practice at New Barn Close GP Surgery in Broadway, Worcestershire. I also work for the Worcestershire & Herefordshire Health & Care NHS Trust in the secondary care team.  My work involves carrying out complex psychological assessments; preparing psychological formulations; and providing a range of therapies.

My previous working experience includes working at Worcester Therapy Group, a large private practice in the city of Worcester; I was an Associate Specialist at Winston’s Wish, a leading childhood bereavement charity providing individual and systemic therapy to children and their families; and I also have extensive experience of working within the NHS (Gloucestershire, Bristol and Worcestershire) and NHS provider organisations providing cognitive behavioural therapy and psychotherapy for individuals as well as delivering psycho-educational group training.
